Tanggung Jawab
- Assist medical professionals with patient preparation, including taking vital signs and updating medical records
- Manage clinic reception duties, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and answering inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards
- Prepare and maintain medical supplies, equipment, and medications as required
- Assist with basic clinical procedures under supervision of medical staff
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient information
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing concerns and ensuring positive experiences
- Travel to different clinic locations as needed to provide support across our network
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and medical software
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification would be beneficial
