- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment
- Assist with patient education materials and information dissemination
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and medical software
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is advantageous
