Tanggung Jawab
- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Assist the medical team with basic examinations and patient triage.
- Maintain and update patient medical records and health history accurately.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Prepare medical instruments and supplies prior to procedures.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide relevant health information.
- Process payments and manage general administrative documents.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM or Diploma in Nursing/Medical Assistantship is preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office applications).
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Valid First Aid certification is highly desirable.
