As a Clinic Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and clinical support to our doctors and nursing staff. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in and registration process.
  • Manage patient data entry, update medical records, and ensure strict confidentiality of patient information.
  • Assist doctors during consultations and basic clinical procedures as directed.
  • Coordinate with the pharmacy to ensure medication availability and manage inventory levels.
  • Maintain high standards of clinic hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document management.

Kualifikasi

  • SPM/STPM certificate or Diploma in Medical Assistant/Healthcare is preferred.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay language skills are a plus).
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under pressure.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting when necessary.
