Tanggung Jawab
- Assist doctors and medical staff during consultations and minor procedures.
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front-desk reception duties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records while ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including medical billing and inventory management of clinical supplies.
- Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Provide compassionate support and clear communication to patients throughout their clinic visit.
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a clinic or medical environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A compassionate, patient-focused attitude and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for patient data entry.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively within a team.
