Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist doctors and medical staff during consultations and minor procedures.
  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front-desk reception duties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records while ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, including medical billing and inventory management of clinical supplies.
  • Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Provide compassionate support and clear communication to patients throughout their clinic visit.
  • Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a clinic or medical environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A compassionate, patient-focused attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications for patient data entry.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively within a team.
