Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet and register patients, ensuring all medical records are accurately updated in the system.
  • Manage clinic appointment scheduling, including rescheduling and patient follow-ups via phone or email.
  • Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and minor medical procedures as required.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the clinic and treatment rooms.
  • Handle patient billing, payment processing, and insurance claims with high accuracy.
  • Manage and restock medical supplies and inventory, alerting management when items are low.
  • Provide clear instructions to patients regarding medication and post-consultation care requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field; prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic Clinic Management Software (CMS).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and commit to a contract-based engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
