Tanggung Jawab
- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and registration process efficiently.
- Assist medical staff during patient examinations and minor clinical procedures.
- Maintain and update accurate electronic health records and patient files.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's daily calendar and inquiries.
- Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including invoicing, billing, and filing documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and comfortable patient experience.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Medical Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a clinic or medical administrative setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy, high-volume environment.
