Tanggung Jawab
- Provide compassionate direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with wound care.
- Assist physicians and senior nurses during medical examinations, consultations, and minor procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, history forms, and electronic health records (EHR).
- Prepare examination rooms by sterilizing equipment, arranging instruments, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
- Perform basic laboratory tasks, including phlebotomy (blood draws) and diagnostic testing when required.
- Manage front-desk reception duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient inquiries.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients regarding preventive care and lifestyle management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Malaysian Nursing Board (Lembaga Pendaftaran Perubatan Malaysia).
- 1-2 years of experience working in a private clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to empathize with patients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and hospital management software.
- Own transport is highly preferred due to location.
