Tanggung Jawab
- Assist dermatologists in clinical procedures, including patient preparation and equipment setup
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and electronic health records
- Perform sterilization and maintenance of medical instruments and clinical equipment
- Provide patient education on skincare routines and treatment protocols
- Handle inventory management of medical supplies and pharmaceutical products
- Support clinic administrative functions, including billing and documentation
- Maintain strict hygiene standards and infection control protocols
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Medical Assistant or Healthcare Support preferred
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in dermatology or medical aesthetics
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to reassure anxious patients
- Proficiency in clinic management software and basic medical terminology
- Singaporean/PR with valid BLS certification
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness and organization
