- Assist healthcare professionals with patient preparation and examination procedures
- Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate medical records
- Perform basic clinical tasks such as vital sign measurement and sample collection
- Ensure examination rooms and medical equipment are properly sanitized and maintained
- Handle patient inquiries and provide clear information about clinic procedures
- Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and pharmaceutical products
- Support administrative tasks including billing, coding, and insurance documentation
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and medical records
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in Medical Assisting, Healthcare Support, or related field
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with patients
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer proficiency with experience in healthcare software systems
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred
