Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet patients and visitors, providing an excellent first impression.
  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front-desk administrative duties.
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
  • Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinical tasks and preparations when required.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using clinic management software.
  • Manage payment collections, insurance claims processing, and daily financial reporting.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and inviting for all patients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth clinic operations throughout the day.

Kualifikasi

  • GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, data entry).
