Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in patient care procedures including preparation, treatment support, and post-care instructions
- Manage administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, patient records management, and inventory control
- Support clinical procedures under practitioner guidance while maintaining hygiene standards
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and medical supplies
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and clinic protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, or related healthcare field
- Valid professional license (if applicable)
- Previous clinic or hospital experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
