Tanggung Jawab
- Register patients, manage appointments, and handle front-desk inquiries with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor clinical procedures within the O&G department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Electronic Medical Records (EMR) while ensuring strict patient data confidentiality.
- Manage inventory levels of medical supplies, medications, and clinical consumables, ensuring timely restocking.
- Coordinate laboratory tests, ultrasound bookings, and follow-up arrangements for expectant mothers and gynae patients.
- Perform basic clinical duties such as taking vital signs, height, and weight measurements as required.
- Handle billing processes, insurance claims, and payment collections for clinical services provided.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma in a relevant field (Healthcare/Nursing/Life Sciences).
- Prior experience in a clinical or medical administrative setting, preferably within an Obstetrics & Gynaecology or specialized outpatient clinic.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and clinic management software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with patients in sensitive medical situations.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and highly organized with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and adapt to rotating clinic rosters.
- Strong command of English; ability to speak a second language is an added advantage to communicate with a diverse patient base.
