Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming clinic environment.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying patient details and collecting necessary documents.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment system to minimize wait times.
  • Process patient payments accurately and handle billing inquiries courteously.
  • Maintain and organize patient records, filing, and medical documents in accordance with privacy regulations.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, redirecting them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Support the medical team with general administrative tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum NITEC or Diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a customer service role is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinic setting.
