- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming clinic environment.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying patient details and collecting necessary documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment system to minimize wait times.
- Process patient payments accurately and handle billing inquiries courteously.
- Maintain and organize patient records, filing, and medical documents in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Answer incoming phone calls, redirecting them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Support the medical team with general administrative tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinic setting.
- Flexibility to work fixed shifts and weekends as required.
