- Warmly welcome and register patients upon arrival, ensuring accurate data entry in the clinic management system.
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up reminders for patients.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding services, consultation fees, and clinic procedures with professionalism.
- Assist doctors and nurses with clinical administrative tasks and basic preparatory procedures.
- Manage patient records with strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Process payments and handle medical insurance claims (e.g., CHAS, MediSave) accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk and waiting area environment.
- Perform inventory monitoring for clinic stationery and basic medical supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Nitec, or Diploma in any field.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- Possess a positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care and service excellence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients of all ages.
- Proficient in basic computer software and data entry tasks.
- Able to commit to standard office hours and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice is a distinct advantage.
