Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly welcome and register patients upon arrival, ensuring accurate data entry in the clinic management system.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up reminders for patients.
  • Handle patient inquiries regarding services, consultation fees, and clinic procedures with professionalism.
  • Assist doctors and nurses with clinical administrative tasks and basic preparatory procedures.
  • Manage patient records with strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Process payments and handle medical insurance claims (e.g., CHAS, MediSave) accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk and waiting area environment.
  • Perform inventory monitoring for clinic stationery and basic medical supplies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Nitec, or Diploma in any field.
  • No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
  • Possess a positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care and service excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients of all ages.
  • Proficient in basic computer software and data entry tasks.
  • Able to commit to standard office hours and maintain a professional demeanor.
