Tanggung Jawab
- Support medical professionals during aesthetic procedures and wellness treatments
- Manage patient intake, scheduling, and clinic reception duties
- Maintain sterile examination rooms and medical equipment
- Assist with patient assessments, vitals recording, and medical documentation
- Inventory management of medical supplies and pharmaceutical products
- Ensure strict adherence to clinical safety protocols and confidentiality standards
- Coordinate patient education materials and post-treatment care instructions
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Medical Assistant, Nursing, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience in aesthetic/wellness setting preferred
- Proficient in medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage patient interactions sensitively
- Basic computer literacy with EHR system experience
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced clinical environment
