Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet and register patients, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Manage patient appointments and coordinate scheduling for specialists.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Electronic Medical Records (EMR) while ensuring strict patient confidentiality.
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist doctors during clinical examinations and minor procedures when required.
  • Manage clinic inventory, including tracking medical supplies and placing orders to ensure clinic readiness.
  • Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Process payments, manage daily cash flow, and handle insurance claims submissions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field.
  • Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare environment is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Office, EMR systems).
  • Able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus to assist diverse patients.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced specialist clinic setting.
