As a key team member, you'll ensure seamless clinic operations through reception duties, treatment delivery, and administrative support. Tanggung Jawab
- Front desk reception including client greeting, appointment management, and call handling
- Perform aesthetic treatments including facials, skin analysis, and laser procedures
- Assist medical professionals during consultations and treatment procedures
- Manage patient records, inventory, and clinic administrative tasks
- Maintain sterile treatment environments and equipment sterilization protocols
- Upsell clinic services and products to enhance client experience
- Coordinate with vendors for inventory replenishment and supply management
Kualifikasi
- Certification in Aesthetic Therapy, Nursing, or related medical field
- Valid aesthetic treatment certifications (e.g., laser, chemical peels)
- Minimum 1-2 years clinic or spa experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced clinical environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
- Proficiency in clinic management software
