Tanggung Jawab
- Assist medical professionals with patient preparation, including vital signs measurement and documentation
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Maintain clean and organized clinical environments, including sterilization of equipment
- Handle patient registration, data entry, and record-keeping with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with basic clinical procedures under supervision of healthcare professionals
- Manage inventory and ordering of medical supplies and office materials
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and wait times
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Certificate or diploma in medical assisting or related healthcare field preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinic procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with healthcare software
- Certification in CPR and first aid is advantageous
