Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional front-line service to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming clinic experience
- Perform patient registration and enrollment procedures with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation in the clinic management system
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy
- Process payments, insurance claims, and billing transactions as required
- Support clinic operations including inventory management and supplies coordination
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless clinic workflow and patient satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level certification with relevant administrative experience
- Previous experience in a clinical, healthcare, or customer service environment is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic data entry skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially
