- Manage patient appointment scheduling and ensure optimal clinic workflow
- Oversee patient registration, intake processes, and medical record maintenance
- Coordinate multidisciplinary healthcare teams and resource allocation
- Implement clinic policies and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Handle patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Monitor inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Lead staff training initiatives and performance evaluations

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare or clinic management experience
- Strong proficiency in medical software and healthcare IT systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Certification in Healthcare Management (CHC or equivalent) preferred
