Tanggung Jawab
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure strict confidentiality in compliance with PDPA guidelines.
- Process payments, handle basic clinic invoicing, and manage daily cash flow reports.
- Answer inquiries regarding clinic services, psychiatrist schedules, and general mental health resources.
- Coordinate closely with clinical staff and psychiatrists to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal wait times.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception and waiting areas.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or a Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or high-touch customer service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin or other dialects is an advantage.
- A compassionate and non-judgmental attitude with a strong interest in mental health advocacy.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Clinic Management Systems.
- Strong ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of personal integrity, professional ethics, and punctuality.
