Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for walk-in and scheduled patients.
- Develop and manage personalized care plans, particularly for patients with chronic conditions or those referred to our cardiology wing.
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical records using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Coordinate with specialists for referrals and follow-up care, ensuring a seamless patient journey.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.
- Perform minor procedures and emergency stabilization when required in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics and clinical safety at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
- Must hold a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in a primary care or ambulatory setting.
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to manage both acute and chronic health conditions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and medical knowledge updates.
- Strong sense of empathy, patience, and dedication to patient welfare.
