Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate clinic staff to deliver exceptional patient care and meet daily performance targets.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining facility cleanliness.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service quality.
- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and escalations with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Analyze clinic performance reports to identify areas for improvement and revenue growth.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards within the clinic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns and drive client retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinic management, retail management, or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of business metrics, inventory control, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
