- Manage daily operations of specialist outpatient clinics ensuring efficient patient flow and service quality
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives
- Implement and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration between medical specialists, nursing staff, and administrative teams
- Optimize clinic resource allocation including inventory management and budget oversight
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency
- Handle patient inquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain high satisfaction metrics
- Prepare operational reports and analytics for continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in clinic or hospital management with 2+ years in outpatient settings
- Strong knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations, MOH guidelines, and accreditation standards
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication abilities with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in healthcare management systems (EHR/EMR) and data analytics tools
- Certification in Healthcare Management or Project Management (e.g., CHFM, PMP) advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
