Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality clinical nursing care to patients across all age groups.
- Assist doctors during examinations, consultations, and minor surgical procedures.
- Manage clinical inventory, ensure medical equipment is sterilized, and maintain organized treatment rooms.
- Perform patient triaging, vital sign monitoring, and accurate documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Administer vaccinations, injections, and medication in accordance with medical protocols.
- Provide patient education regarding post-treatment care, medication adherence, and wellness management.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety standards, and clinic hygiene policies.
- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy to ensure a positive service experience.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing certificate.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinic, primary care, or outpatient setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach to nursing.
- Proficient in clinical procedures, including phlebotomy and wound care.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English to engage with diverse patient profiles.
- Technically adept with clinic management software and digital record-keeping systems.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of clinical ethics and professional decorum.
