In this role, you'll conduct diagnostic assessments, provide personalized health education, maintain accurate medical documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver quality, confidential patient care per ISO/ILO standards
- Perform diagnostic assessments and health evaluations
- Provide comprehensive health education to patients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory requirements
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Valid PRC nursing license
- 1-2 years clinical experience in clinic/hospital setting
- Knowledge of ISO/ILO healthcare standards
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health records systems
- CPR certification
