Tanggung Jawab
- Assist medical practitioners during patient consultations, examinations, and minor clinical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic medical records (EMR).
- Prepare and sanitize clinical areas, instruments, and equipment to ensure infection control standards.
- Perform basic clinical duties such as taking vital signs, blood pressure monitoring, and phlebotomy if required.
- Manage inventory of clinical supplies and medications, ensuring timely restocking.
- Provide clear, compassionate patient education regarding medication adherence and post-treatment care.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and handle appointment scheduling in the reception area as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma in Nursing or a related Certificate in Medical Assistant studies.
- Valid practicing license or relevant credentials recognized by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
- Proven clinical experience in a private clinic or hospital environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and clinical management software.
- Ability to work professionally as part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
