Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in outpatient clinical settings
- Perform accurate health assessments, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
- Coordinate patient education on treatment plans, preventive care, and health maintenance
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and diagnostic examinations
- Implement infection control protocols and maintain sterile clinical environments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care transitions
Kualifikasi
- Valid nursing license and registration with Singapore's Nursing Board
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent healthcare qualification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in outpatient/ambulatory care
- Strong proficiency in patient assessment and emergency response protocols
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated patient empathy
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
