Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily clinic operations including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and patient flow management
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance service quality and regulatory compliance
- Manage clinic staff performance through coaching, training, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate with medical teams to ensure seamless patient experiences and efficient appointment systems
- Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to healthcare standards, safety protocols, and data privacy regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations management
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Proficiency in healthcare management systems and administrative software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient/stakeholder interactions
- Knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
