Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications with meticulous attention to accuracy and safety protocols
- Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
- Monitor medication therapy outcomes and recommend appropriate adjustments
- Maintain accurate pharmaceutical records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, including ordering, stocking, and expiration monitoring
- Participate in developing and implementing pharmacy policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) and valid Philippine Pharmacist license
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical or retail pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and medication safety standards
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and inventory systems
