- Conduct comprehensive consultations with prospective clients to assess their aesthetic needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Accurately schedule appointments and manage the clinic's sales pipeline efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic trends, procedures, and industry developments to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient journeys and high-quality service delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals set by the clinic management.
- Manage inventory of skincare products and aesthetic devices, ensuring availability for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, medical, or beauty industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Willingness to undergo continuous training regarding aesthetic procedures and product knowledge.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required by the clinic.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
