Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by licensed physicians.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide clear and empathetic patient education and health counseling to promote long-term wellness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and clinical documentation.
- Assist in clinical procedures and support daily office operations during designated hours.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and sterile environment for all patients and staff members.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and current professional registration.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including part-time or full-time availability.
- Proficiency in computer systems and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
