Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and medical record management
- Assist paediatricians during examinations and procedures with patient preparation and equipment handling
- Perform basic clinical tasks such as vital sign measurements and specimen collection
- Manage inventory control for medical supplies and pharmaceuticals
- Deliver exceptional patient communication and family education on healthcare protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, or related healthcare field
- 1+ years of clinical experience in paediatric or primary care setting preferred
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Paediatric First Aid
- Strong proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with children and parents
- Attention to detail with high organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in both English and at least one other local language
