Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clinic partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new clinic accounts to ensure seamless integration of our financing products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving client concerns efficiently.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinic accounts and provide strategic feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, underwriting, and collections teams to streamline approval processes and reduce friction.
- Organize and lead training workshops to educate clinic staff on product features, eligibility criteria, and usage best practices.
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell relevant financing solutions to existing partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, client success, or a similar role within the healthcare or financial services sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Willingness to travel to clinic locations for meetings and site visits as required.
