Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive clinical training and product demonstrations for ultrasound systems and medical devices
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting during clinical procedures
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop clinical solutions aligned with customer needs
- Document and analyze user feedback to drive product improvement and innovation
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and industry standards
- Develop educational materials and training programs for healthcare professionals
- Participate in product launches and market expansion initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Radiography, or related medical field
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with ultrasound or medical devices
- Strong technical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Certification in clinical applications or medical technology (preferred)
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
