- Provide specialized technical support and training for clinical applications used by nursing and radiology technology departments
- Implement and customize medical software solutions to align with healthcare facility protocols

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Radiology Technology, Health Informatics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in clinical applications support or healthcare IT
- Proficiency in troubleshooting medical software and healthcare information systems
- Certification in clinical applications or healthcare technology preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to train diverse healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data security protocols
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced clinical environments
