Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and record-keeping with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist medical practitioners during examinations, procedures, and routine patient care as required.
  • Prepare and sterilize examination rooms and medical equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient medical records, both physical and electronic, ensuring data integrity.
  • Handle clinic inventory, including monitoring stock levels, ordering, and organizing medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
  • Process patient payments, manage basic billing inquiries, and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming for all patients and visitors.
  • Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients regarding their appointments, pre/post-procedure instructions, and general inquiries.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) in a clinic, hospital, or other healthcare setting is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first attitude and empathetic approach.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and experience with medical clinic management software.
