Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end integration of clinical content and medication databases into internal and partner systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and adherence to medical standards.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance testing on integrated clinical data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Translate complex medical terminology into structured data formats suitable for software implementation.
- Monitor and update digital content to reflect the latest pharmaceutical guidelines and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders regarding clinical content workflows.
- Analyze data performance to optimize content delivery and user experience across MIMS platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related clinical/medical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical data management, medical informatics, or health tech.
- Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in database management or content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, especially regarding complex medication datasets.
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools (Excel, SQL knowledge is a distinct advantage).
- Strong communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical developers and clinical teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict project deadlines.
