Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CDI specialists to ensure high-quality medical documentation and coding.
- Review medical records in depth to identify opportunities for clinical clarification and accurate ICD-10 coding.
- Collaborate directly with physicians and healthcare providers to resolve documentation queries and ensure clinical accuracy.
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory bodies, including CMS and Joint Commission guidelines.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the coding and documentation skills of the team members.
- Act as a subject matter expert for complex clinical scenarios and coding denials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or a related healthcare field.
- Current, active RN licensure in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement, Case Management, or Health Information Management.
- Strong working knowledge of ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding guidelines.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or revenue cycle management setting.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and superior communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, US-timezone aligned environment.
