We're seeking a dedicated Clinical Education Events Specialist to join our APAC team and help dental professionals master our cutting-edge solutions.
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality clinical education events across the Asia-Pacific region. You'll work closely with dental professionals, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and internal stakeholders to create impactful educational experiences that align with our mission of advancing orthodontic care.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute clinical education events and workshops across the APAC region
- Coordinate with dental professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, and internal stakeholders to develop engaging educational content
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, materials preparation, and technology requirements
- Track and analyze event metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals and industry partners
- Stay current with clinical advancements and product knowledge to ensure accurate information delivery
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align educational initiatives with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in healthcare or dental industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience working with dental professionals or in the healthcare sector is highly desirable
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel extensively within the APAC region as required
- Knowledge of clinical education practices and adult learning principles preferred
