Tanggung Jawab
- Provide clinical instruction and supervision to nursing students and junior staff members to ensure competency in clinical skills.
- Monitor patient care quality and ensure that nursing practices strictly adhere to established clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Mentor and guide nursing staff in problem-solving and decision-making during clinical shifts.
- Develop, update, and implement educational materials and training programs relevant to current healthcare practices.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and local healthcare regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in Singapore.
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in clinical instruction, preceptorship, or mentorship is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) standards and clinical governance.
