Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinical laboratory, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal diagnostic turnaround times.
- Perform and interpret complex diagnostic examinations, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and histology.
- Develop and implement rigorous quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) programs to maintain the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy.
- Provide expert clinical consultation to physicians and medical staff regarding lab results and diagnostic procedures.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise laboratory technicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure full compliance with all local health regulations, safety protocols, and laboratory accreditation standards.
- Evaluate and introduce new diagnostic technologies to enhance the clinic's service capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Physician in the Philippines with a specialty in Clinical Pathology.
- Active PRC License and updated Board Certification in Pathology.
- Proven experience in laboratory management or a supervisory clinical role.
- Strong understanding of laboratory instrumentation, information systems, and diagnostic methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to bridge clinical and administrative tasks.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
- Ability to reside in or relocate to Victoria, Tarlac.
