As our Clinical Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing, and supporting children with diverse developmental needs. You will work side-by-side with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators to create individualized intervention plans that empower our children to reach their full potential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with developmental, behavioral, and emotional concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to the specific needs of each child.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral interventions to children and their families.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and integrated care.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers regarding developmental milestones and coping strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with professional standards.
- Participate in case conferences, clinical meetings, and continuous professional development programs.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Registered or eligible for registration with the relevant Malaysian professional body (e.g., MSD).
- Proven experience working with children in a clinical, school, or developmental setting.
- Strong understanding of child development, psychological assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a distinct advantage).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a deep commitment to ethical practice.
