Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell IONM devices to healthcare facilities in Johor region
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for medical professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and hospital staff
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Provide timely feedback on product performance and client requirements
- Achieve quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize product usage and outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1-2 years in medical device sales or clinical support preferred
- Strong understanding of intraoperative neuromonitoring principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clinical professionals
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Results-oriented mindset with proven sales achievement record
