- Act as the primary liaison between NDCS, MOH, SingHealth RHS, and external agencies to facilitate seamless communication and project alignment.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of clinical research projects, ensuring strict adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and local regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategies to ensure studies meet their milestones on time.
- Ensure accurate and timely collection, verification, and entry of study data into electronic databases.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including Investigator Brochures, Ethics Committee applications, and annual reports.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of trial protocols and ensure all study activities are conducted according to the approved plan.
- Conduct regular site monitoring visits to ensure compliance with study requirements and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, or Life Sciences.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical research coordination or a related healthcare role.
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders, including patients and government bodies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical data management systems.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
