Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-center clinical research studies in renal medicine
- Ensure strict compliance with GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and institutional protocols
- Manage patient recruitment, screening, enrollment, and retention processes
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate research data using electronic systems
- Prepare regulatory submissions and ethics committee documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and lab technicians
- Monitor study progress and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related health field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 3 years clinical research coordination experience in healthcare
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance
- Strong proficiency in electronic data capture systems and research databases
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation
- Experience in renal medicine or nephrology research highly advantageous
- Proven ability to manage complex study protocols and timelines
