Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality clinical support and technical assistance to healthcare professionals, doctors, and nurses to ensure optimal device performance.
- Conduct on-site product training sessions and workshops to educate medical staff on proper usage and safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose tailored clinical solutions.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on product features, benefits, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of clinical interactions, training sessions, and customer feedback within the CRM system.
- Participate actively in product launches, trade shows, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting or medical device sales support role.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train diverse audiences effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region for client visits.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
