- Deliver comprehensive product training to healthcare professionals on medical equipment and software systems
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for complex medical devices
- Collaborate with clinical teams to develop optimized workflows and technology integration strategies
- Act as subject matter expert during product demonstrations and client consultations
- Document clinical outcomes and user feedback to inform product development
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related medical field
- 3+ years of clinical technology or medical device support experience
- Certification in relevant medical technologies (e.g., DICOM, HL7) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to train diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities in clinical environments
- Experience with electronic health record systems (EHR)
- Valid driver's license for client site visits
