Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert clinical support to surgeons during complex orthopedic procedures within the operating theatre.
- Ensure the correct preparation and availability of specialized orthopedic instruments and implants.
- Assist in the perioperative care process, ensuring adherence to strict safety and sterilization protocols.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize surgical workflows and improve patient outcomes.
- Educate and mentor junior nursing staff on orthopedic surgical best practices and equipment handling.
- Maintain precise documentation of surgical procedures and equipment usage in accordance with clinical standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with medical devices in real-time during surgical interventions.
- Monitor patient progress post-operatively to ensure recovery protocols are effectively implemented.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license in Singapore.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in an Operating Theatre (OT) setting.
- Specialized knowledge in Orthopedic surgery and instrumentation is essential.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced surgical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with surgeons and theatre staff.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
- Commitment to professional development and keeping up-to-date with the latest orthopedic medical advancements.
- Candidates with certifications in orthopedics or advanced surgical assisting will be highly regarded.
